Through the Campus 24/7 system, you can submit gratitude, suggestions, and improvement requests to the relevant department. These requests are evaluated within the framework of the Quality Management System of the Rectorate of Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, and responses are provided by the relevant department managers or responsible persons, with process follow-up being conducted.
